Apartment for Rent Paphos, Cyprus

A 1 Bedroom Apartment for rent within the Danae Gardens Complex in Kato Paphos.

Excellent Facilities including a POOL.

Superb location as within an easy walking distance there’s the Beach, Bars & Restaurants.

Sleeps 3 people (children only allowed by prior agreement)

Bedding and Towels are all provided including Beach towels

Apartment Facilities include:- Aircon in the bedroom & livingroom,

Bedroom:-Hairdryer, Hair straightners, Safe, TV with intergrated DVD player.

Livingroom:- TV with intergrated DVD player, selection of DVD’s, Stereo

Kitchen:- the usual kitchen appliances and utensils inc Washer.

The weather is usually good between April and November.

Transfers to and from the Airport cost around 30 euros in Taxi per trip. (feel free to haggle) or you could use the local bus which goes down Danae Avenue and costs €1 per person.  A time table is available.

Carhire can be arranged, prices start from 125 euros per week and the car can usually be collected and left at the airport; saves on transfers. Car parking is available at the apartment.

Flights – prices do vary depending on which day you travel and from which airport. Wednesdays are usually the cheapest day to travel.

Additional cost of £50 per week for the 3rd person.

Apartment cleaning is paid direct to the cleaners in Cyprus at the end of your holiday (€55) this cost includes the washing of the following linens 2 sets of single bedding, 2 Bath towels, 2 Hand towels, 2 Beach towels & 1 Tea towel. Any additional linens will incur additional costs these are also paid direct to the Cleaners. A price list is in the apartment or available upon request.

Linens for the 3rd Person are an additional €15.

If the payment for the linens has not been paid in Cyprus then you will need to pay Jeanette the equivalent in sterling plus and additional £15 transfer cost.

Payment terms :- Deposit of £50.00 at time of booking to secure the booking (non refundable).

Balance due:- by Cash 1 week before your booking.

Keys:- will be delivered 1 week before your booking upon collection of cash.

The apartment is cleaned and setup before your arrival all we ask is that you leave the apartment, furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in the same condition as you found it. A security deposit is not taken before your holiday but any damages or breakages will be charged once the apartment is inspected upon your departure.

Any damages must be reported to Jeanette or the Cypriot Management Company immediately.

Check in / departure times are not time specific unless there is another booking coming in the same day then check out is noon and check in is 4pm.
