I will try to complete your reading within 3 days, however I do get quite busy so please allow up to 7 days for delivery.  If am unable to complete your reading within 7 days, I will email you to inform you.  If I am unable to complete your reading for any other reason I will provide you with a refund. 

Orders received at the weekend will not be taken into consideration until Monday.

Your reading will be sent to you via email and this will be in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat) unless you request otherwise. 

As readings are a service I am unable to offer refunds.  I understand that occasionally a reading may be received which cannot be immediately connected with, however, if you do have any questions relating to the reading provided, please email me and I will try to explain the reading.  However, if I believe these questions to be unnecessary and irrelevant I reserve the right to refuse to respond.

All details provided when purchasing items from Mystic Healing will never be sold or passed on to any third party. 

Mystic Healing uses Pay Pal as a method of payment and holds no responsibility for any financial transactions when using Pay Pal beyond providing this as a method of payment.  You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Pay Pal when using their service and you need to report any problems to the Pay Pal website. 

Payments must have cleared Mystic Healings account before your goods are sent to you, this does include payment by cheque.  

You may receive the occasional email from me informing you of new products.  However, if you do not want to receive these then please email Mystic Healing on info@mystichealing.co.uk with remove in subject line.
